I'm back home from our trip. How did I do? I ate pretty well and walked every day with the exception of yesterday, our travel day. I did step on the scale this morning – just to take a peek. I have a few more days until I check it for accuracy due to where I am in my cycle. I did lose a few pounds so far.
Now to get back on track at home. Eating shouldn’t be an issue. It should actually be easier now that I am home. There is less visiting and eating at other’s homes and trying to figure out which meal is the healthiest or how to make a healthy meal out of what is served. I need to increase my walk at home. Also to reach out to a few friends to see if I can find a walking buddy once a week. Let me do that now.
