What a pleasant day it has been. Started with a 60min walk with the dogs then later in the morning I went to an awesome vinyasa yoga class. So many people in the class that our mats were about two inches apart. The energy was high and the work out was intense. I am always amazed at what this old body can do. God has only given me one body for this life and I do the food and fitness tracker daily as a way to be accountable and be a good steward of what has been given to me.
