Sooo good news:
I am starting again officially.
Bad news:
My goal tracker says it will take until May of next year for me to reach my goal if and only if I can lose 2 lbs a week.
How I plan to start:
Herbalife Formula 1 shakes because they come in more than one flavor and tend to be pretty yummy. Using Protien powder to add protien to the day as well as make shakes more filling. Skim milk tops it off since it needs milk and skim is better than 2%. Shakes for Breakfast and Lunch which only total 365 a meal.
Downside:
Missing food. I mean chewing. Who wants to chew a drink...GROSS! So gotta remember those fruits and veggies at meals. Seems so easy since we are told to eat them since conception pretty much. But also not as easy since one upside is easy and portable.
Exercise:
Does the walk from the couch to the baby swing or the kitchen count? Ok ok so I have not started any official exercise because I just want to make sure I am healed and ready before I really start. So soon enough.
What are my obstacles in this journey:

The number getting in the way of progress

Societies images of women and beauty not matching up with reality

Making time to work out aka realizing that I do have time for exercise

Letting baby weight get me down

Hubby's irrational beliefs about realistic weight loss, goals, and what I can look like getting me down since it is not realistic

Food Binge Temptations

Friends food choices affecting my own food choices or at least making me want something I cannot have
So here we are at the start again...
