I have been struggling for the past month or so. My weight has been 'yo-yo'ing up and down 3 pounds or so every week. The problem is I have bee stress eating way too much of both healthy and unhealthy things.
I have been doing well of at least doing on big healthy thing each week, like my body combat class, or taking a long walk, or making healthy meals.
I just have to keep going, keep fighting, find a way out of my current depression and continue to fight for myself!
I plan on trying to plan this week better and actually keep up with 2-3 days of fitness.
We can all do it!!
