results week 2

Not proud to report that I didn't fill my week's goals.

emoticon 175.5 lbs, so no change
emoticon walked with the dog before work only twice
emoticon didn't go to the gym once
emoticon didn't go running once
emoticon ate pretty clean so that's why I didn't gain.

I also did a lot of walking for my job and I had a very busy week, not an excuse but an explanation for my lack of goal achieving.

So, I'll stick with the same goals for next week, and I'll see you back next Saturday morning guys.

    Life does that to us sometimes. At least you didn't gain. That's something!

    We all get into a slump from time to time. I have noticed I am slipping into one for the last few days. I didn't set a daily goal for my exercise. This morning I got back on the exercise track. You can too. emoticon emoticon
