I lost a "W"

Saturday, July 14, 2012

As of this morning's weigh-in, I've lost over 26 pounds, am at the precipice of onederland and have lost a "W".

Last night, I tried on some clothes and found that the 22W and 20W and 18W clothing ranged from way too big to roomy and an 18 fit!

I'm so excited that I'm on the way to the "normal" clothing range. Someday soon, I'll be able to stop paying the premium for "women's" sizes and be able to find clothing in the petite range (I'm 5' 1".)

More clothes to get rid of and more opportunities to buy new things.

Goodbye "W", it's been nice, you've covered my body, kept me warm and sometimes looked reasonably nice but I'm not planning on visiting you anytime soon. I'm getting ready to make friends with "P"

You've been very successful in getting the pounds off and being in Onederland is still I dream of mine. Congrats on all you've achieved so far. I'd be so happy if I could fit into a size 18 but I'm usually a 22 and rarely a 20 depending on how it fits. I don't feel comfortable anymore in tight clothes and want comfort first. Continue onward and I'm very proud of you.

Hugs,

Jill

CUTE BLOG. That's one "Woman" friend you won't be missing! Good for you. Looking to abandon the #3, myself and pick up some #2's! isn't great to leave these old #s and letters behind after they've worn out their welcome!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You're doing great. I have not yet said good-by to the W. But I sure am looking forward to the P. I have bags and boxes of clothes given me by a friend who lost weight before me. So I probably won't have to buy much until I'm below a 12. Then I'll look forward to having clothes selected for me and by me. Not that I'm not grateful for the used clothing. It will help me save up for the ever smaller.

    Congratulations!

It is fun clearning out old clothes from the closet, but I've been having a hard time buying too many new things because I'm still "in progress" and looking forward to a shopping spree when I hit my goal weight.
