We only have 1 more week to go and then a 2 month break. During this time I plan on the following to do items
1. Keep weighing myself every week and recording it on SAC team which starts later this month.
2. Log my food at least 5 days of week
3. Keep using my fitbit on a daily basis to record all my steps
4. I will continue to check off my success regarding exercise by placing a happy smile on my calendar.
5. I will continue my focus on drinking more water, want to drink 6 glasses/day
6. In corporate Dr. Joel Fuhrman's eat to live plan in my daily food choices
