10 mile bike ride!

Ive been in such a rut the last month...I even gained weight..but I was determined to pull myself out..I got some good rest last night..and got my ipod on and went for a nice 10 mile bike ride..cant tell you how intense that was and how I feel back on the right track now..I feel mentally and physically better. clear headed and focused. Now just need to stay here with hard work and determination....
