It's been a bit of a rough go the past few weeks. With Kris out in CA for the summer, my sister down in MD, and my parents frequently traveling, I'm left to myself a lot. And this leads me to become a bit apathetic, and start to slip on my diet and fitness habits.
I seem to be getting a fresh bit of motivation this week though, so I'm going to get back on the stick! I have increased the resistance I use at the gym, and I am enjoying having to struggle a bit to complete a set. I really need to add a little more cardio, in the form of morning walks, but I have such trouble getting out of bed early enough to do it!
