I went to bed at a reasonable time, then woke up around midnight and am having trouble getting back to sleep. Bit of an upset tummy, but not too bad.
We went off to Albury (5 of us from our Church) to a memorial service for the Mum of one of our friends from church. It was a lovely service and our friend really appreciated us being there. There was lunch afterwards - sandwiches and little cakes, tea coffee and fruit punch. I ate some sandwiches and one small cake - but I don't eat much bread usually, and I think that is what has upset the system!
I have to get on track - I am not tracking! I don't know why - I am just not! I start the day out well with a healthy breakfast and I know how many calories in that - then I just don't add in what I have the rest of the day - more so when I am not eating at home.
I just read an article about a girl who had lost a lot of weight and she noted something about being in the right frame of mind, or words to that effect - and that is where I am lacking I am sure.
I am not beating myself up - just stating the facts as I see it.
So ... later today, my challenge is to TRACK, TRACK, TRACK!
