Insanity Update week 2 (133 to 52)

Saturday, July 14, 2012

Hello Spark World and Spark Family!
I am still hanging in there with insanity.
Challenges: It is no easier than the first week. LOL, I did not eat as well this week which lead to increased fatigue.
Progress: I lost an inch off of my waist! (havent checked other areas) but the pants are fitting looser! I gained .3 this week but no biggie.... My endurance has improved "slightly"

Week 3 starts tomorrow and I do a repeat on my fit test. We will see how much better I am doing! I am still doing heavy modifications but I am able to dig even deeper with the mods

On another note this was a tough week at work. Our department has been moved and restructured. Our company has a non-profit side and a for profit side. Our department has been on the profit side for 20 yrs and all of a sudden they move us. I know it was not all of a sudden but it's like WOW... So with it goes a change in our reporting structure and all that goes with that. BUMMER! But since there is nothing that I can do to change the situation I must adapt and press foward.

See ya at the next insanity update! I am so proud of me! LOL
