keeping motivated when life gets busy

I had been so good about exercising and eating right until our trip to Russia has gotten closer. There are so many things that are needing to get done before that i am not thinking about food and just grabbing what is easiest! I need to stop for a moment and refocus. I feel better when I watch what I eat.

    All the excitement and planning does a number on you.
    Your stress level goes up and you grab whatever is in sight.
    Take a deep breath and try to pay attention to what you
    are doing. Also multi-tasking will not be to your benefit.
    If you have to, make a list and do one thing at a time.
