    Congratulations on being at your goal weight! From your sparks page, I can tell that you must exercise a lot. I hope you enjoy running and exercising. Running burns a lot of calories quickly (not that you need to lose any). i am also at my goal weight and am maintaining too. I exercise still because it is good for my health, not to eat more.
