That is what popped into my mind when a friend said that I was on a diet.
While it is true that I have changed my diet greatly, it isn't the only thing that I have changed. And I don't plan on dropping this change in diet once I've lost the weight that I want to lose. I plan to continue. I plan to continue eating well.
I have also started exercising almost everyday. I am so much more active. I plan to keep up the exercise.
I have changed so much more than my diet, and that is why I can't say that I'm on a diet. It is so much more permanent than that. A diet usually tends to stick around while you are trying to lose weight. A lifestyle change will take place throughout your life.
At least that is how I see it.
So yeah, I'm not dieting. I'm changing my lifestyle.
