So I recently saw this diet on Pinterest (my favorite site ever!) and I was really attracted to it.
The diet seriously lacks calories, protein, and fiber so I'm going to do a twist on it. I plan on doing the diet but I plan on adding a protein shake that includes a fiber element every morning. I also plan on drinking green tea per the suggestion of a friend. This way I can get the cleansing properties of the diet and still meet my nutrients and still get 1200 calories.
Of course I don't plan to loose as much weight as the diet promises, but if I do it this way I also don't except to gain the majority of it back like most people do if they do what's set. If anything it's something new to try so maybe it will get me out of this rut that I've been in lately.
Since I'm going out of town the next couple of days I plan to go to the grocery store and start the diet on Tuesday. In the meantime I will be making my complete meal plans so I won't decide I don't know what to eat and quit on it. I'll post my total weight loss and what I thought about the diet after the seven days are over.
