Okay, so on Wednesday, I survived Cathe's Circuit blast after almost a two week workout hiatus so as usual I got cocky and figured I was ready for her Athletic Training DVD.
Yeah, right. Two hours later (the workout is only 56 minutes long
) I was a shaking, sweating, sniveling mess on the floor. Don't let the "Low Impact" fool you. That step is a game changer.
