I am back on track! Yay!
I have been eating well, have been better in drinking 8glasses of water and have been exercising. It couldn't be any better. Well, the weight could come off faster but I know that this takes time and patience, so I guess I will have to live with that. We were quite lucky with the weather so I was able to work out in the mornings.
BUT this morning it was raining-actually pouring. UGH! That was exactly what I didn't need because I knew it would be too easy to skip and be lazy all day. So I got dressed, put my raincoat on and was ready to take my dog for a quick walk when suddenly, I was thinking "Why is weather like this stopping you from running? You are out in this weather to walk the dog, so why don't you do your workout since you will get wet either way." And guess what I did? Yep, I went running. It was only for 20 minutes, but I still did it and I am proud of myself that this weather didn't stop me.
