Today was the second exercise I had in biking to work. Grand total of about six or seven miles round trip, but I find myself so very happy when they're over!
Today I was fortunate enough to have my Aunt who is a personal trainer review my training plan for the 5K. She seemed pleased with not only the pace I plan to progress but also that I'm cross training on the weekends.
Green bars are my planned fitness minutes, purple bars are actual minutes; Blue line is projected weight loss and red is actual. Yes, I came up with this pretty little chart all on my own. :)
In other news related to biking to work I have discovered that the trail I go one direction on for my weekend ride is in fact a tough mamma jamma in the other direction! No joke, I have no idea how a trail can be uphill both ways, but this one is! There were a lot of curses that were spewn as I conquered the trail today, that's for sure!
Well, on to the weekend!
