Just wanted to check in really quick. I'm feeling under the weather due to mother nature's monthly visit. Gosh how I hate it! On a positive note I am still tracking my work out and food intake and am doing really well on my cravings. I haven't binged in a few weeks now and I know I'm now on a new level of commitment. Although it is day 6-7, I do have to remind that I have been on my weight loss journey since June 10. But have just recently restarted on sparks and documenting my journey. So as they say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I hit a whole month on July 10th and am so proud of my progress. It's going to be so awesome to look back at my mindset and pictures of myself. I haven't taken full body picks of myself since my last attempt at losing weight. So I will be posting some just so I can look at them and keep motivated when those hard days come. It's taken alot to get myself to do this but here are some pics of me at 319.6.
I will never be this weight again in my life. I will work as hard as I need to, to make sure of this. I will be posting more pics soon of my progress. Hope you will follow me along.
