Motivation:
It is just so much easier to be more active while camping. We walk or bike every where, we chop and carry wood (me too, I love chopping wood), and everything else is done manually. There is a lesson in this for sure. Our lives at home have become a little too convenient!
Nutrition:
I ate well yesterday, and no junk. Even passed on the chips - more than once. I didn't even have to fight back any temptations, and that felt nice (I got an inside smile for myself).
Fitness:
Biked with my sister this morning before it got too hot. Eight miles in rolling hills here at the park. I loved it! It's too bad she doesn't live closer. My fitness tracker is warning me that I've gone too far over the amount set in my plan, so I need to readjust my calories. Don't you love when that happens!
