Finally stepped on a scale and reported it.... as of today I'm back up to 215.8 which means that for this year I have lost nothing, and gained 2.8 lbs. I'm incredibly disappointed at having fallen back into the emotional/binge eating for the past two months and I am doing my best to get back on track again now.
This weekend my goals are:
-only one soda per day
-an hour walk first thing in the morning
Keeping is simple to get restarted. Hope you all are doing well.
