Honest Weigh In

Finally stepped on a scale and reported it.... as of today I'm back up to 215.8 which means that for this year I have lost nothing, and gained 2.8 lbs. I'm incredibly disappointed at having fallen back into the emotional/binge eating for the past two months and I am doing my best to get back on track again now.

This weekend my goals are:
-only one soda per day
-an hour walk first thing in the morning
-no binging

Keeping is simple to get restarted. Hope you all are doing well.

    Realising where you are and where you have to go is the start. Doesn't matter how many times you start, as long as you know you'll get there.

    Sending you love Xy. I'm in the same boat with having gained back much of what I lost in the previous year. But don't give up - just do what you said and make small steps to start. You go this! emoticon

    I had a similar moment a couple of weeks ago...it's all relative, and how you choose to look at it. Here's one other perspective - 7 months into the year, and you have gained zero weight.

Yes, you know where you've been, or where you were two months ago, but you're also well aware of what you did to get to that point. Hit the reset button, stick to the new goals you've identified in this blog, and you'll hit that mark soon enough.

    2011 was pretty much like that for me. I swore off my biggest trigger food and stuck to it. Working for me. You can do this! Xoxo
