OMG Yesterday was an evil food day : (
One thing I realized though, is that it was just one day- and that the last 18 months have had far too many of those "just one days." I made the choice to track it all- and be 100% stright with myself. That is really what has to happen now!

BUT- that can NOT happen again- anytime soon!
Got up and did ten minute trainer today. Total body and half the abs workout. That kills me. I struggle with the side plank moves. I am not strong enough to stay up on two legs, and knees hurt too much to be on them with that much weight...Will have to keep working at it, I guess. Running program tomorrow. I am thinking I am not going to be ready to run the entire 5K on the 28th, but I will get it done.

    Thats an awesome idea what if we all were able to fbd a 5k at.the same time to do we would literally not.be doing it,alone!!

    Congratulations on being ready for 5k on the 28th. I hope my ankle heals and I'll be doing one too! Yay US!!

    Food issues are so tricky~you CAN DO THIS!!
