Making progress

I moved from my 10lb dumbbells to 15's yesterday. Got a good workout with arms and back-even managed to do 5 pullups on Hubby's chin-dip station thingy. I couldn't even do 3 with assistance a couple weeks ago. Feeling great about that! I even managed to throw in some interval training with my daughter's jump rope and the elliptical while I was waiting for my bread to rise-kneading bread is a great workout! :)
