When I joined SP, I used to marvel at those who day in and day out maxxed out the fitness numbers. I kept looking into those folks Spark Pages and was so disappointed to discover that the majority were really not being honest. Who in the world can exercise for at least 2 hours, 365 days per year, for several years. in spite of having heart surgery, knee surgery, etc. So, now I look at these every day exercisers with serious doubts. Bottom line: If you can't be honest with yourself, it must be difficult to look in the mirror. HOOAAA!!

I do that much exercise, and I have accumulated even more hours above the limit due to gardening/farming. If they weren't on the list, I don't think I would get any monthy fitness award.

I've always looked at people's numbers as a challenge but then I realized there is no way I can keep up. When I asked one of them they told me counted cleaning the house as exercise and things like walking to the bathroom. REALLY!!?? You get your HR up just cleaning the house or walking to the bathroom? Thankfully I quit competing with people who give false numbers and now focus on real fitness minutes. I'm pretty satisfied with my current schedule. I workout every day with a rest day every few weeks. It's what works for me. I'm getting out on my bicycle this weekend and testing out my new Camelbak (secretly hoping for 50 miles). when people cheat they are only cheating themselves. emoticon

I'm not really honest with the amount of water I drink. I can't drink much because I'm on dialysis but I just enter 8 cups anyway to get my 5 points. It's not my fault I can't drink 8 cups a day!
