It's not even mid day and already I'm feeling the pull towards the fridge.. Nooooo
Woke up frist thing then went to find a clever meal replacement that I can eat on the bus between my two jobs, get to the town only to relise that nobody from our work has been paid! GREAT, so untill next week (when apparently it should be sorted out) It's basic rations and having heat and hot water or eating properly and freezing to death? GREAT!!
I mean it could be worse I guess, but I already find I eat a little more carbs than I should and when I'm skint it's the thing I rely on all the time! Can anyone help with some super cheap less carb-orific foods? Otherwise I belive it may be a week of potato and pasta :O xx

    Get a bag of whole wheat english muffins, low fat cheddar cheese, a couple tomatoes and a carton of eggs.

Sunny Egg sandwich top1/2 muffin with 1oz chesse, i large tomato slice and 1 egg

or 1 slice whole wheat bread 1T peanut butter and 2 hard boiled egg whites

or 1 Granola bar with 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese

Dinners or lunch
40z tuna 2T light mayo 2 hard boiled eggswhites 2T slivered almonds with 1 kiwi

or 3 C romaine lettuce 6 oz gtrilled chicken 1/4 c corn 1/4 black beans 1 med tomato or 1/2 C salsa o

or 1/2 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti 1/2 c matless sauce 5 oz cooked chicken breast and steamed veggis sprinkle 1/4 C parmesan cheese
