WEEKENDS! And do I follow my fitness/cal goals?

Right no for me weekends are just any other day, which means no, I do just as bad on the weekends as I do the rest of the week. I'll do good until I get hungry and then it's "FEED ME SEYMORE!"And I'll eat just about anything and everything. I try to have healthy snacks around to keep me from snack attacks, but sometimes that's just not enough.
