WEEKENDS! And do I follow my fitness/cal goals?

Right no for me weekends are just any other day, which means no, I do just as bad on the weekends as I do the rest of the week. I'll do good until I get hungry and then it's "FEED ME SEYMORE!"And I'll eat just about anything and everything. I try to have healthy snacks around to keep me from snack attacks, but sometimes that's just not enough.

    I love Chia and Flax seeds, and your right, on the days I eat some I do better.

    LINDA, somehow we just got to get you turned around on logging and jogging for your good health. Have you tried either flax seed or chia seed? They will help you getting the feeling of fullness and maybe that will help you in the snacking or not snacking or less snacking. It might be difficult to keep track in the logging department of your snacks. Give it some thought and try the seeds. Try it and you may like it.
