Low-fat Blueberry Cobbler???

Ok, so this may not be exactly blueberry cobbler! But its what I call it, and its super easy and delicious. Oh and it gets even better, it won't leave you feeling all sluggish AND it includes a serving of fruit for the day. I don't know about you, but I love blueberries in the summertime. So one day i was craving blueberries and had a little bit of sweet tooth and this is what I came up with! I hope you enjoy :)

What you will need:
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 packed tsp of brown sugar
1/2 cracker of low fat honey graham crackers
Microwaveable measuring cup

Fill the measuring cup with 1 cup of blueberries, then add the vanilla extract and brown sugar. Next put the cup in the microwave for 1 minute, but be careful to watch it so it doesn't overflow. Next remove the cup and crumble graham crackers on top.

Your done, now dig in and enjoy! This makes one recipe and if your lazy like me, eat right out of the cup. Its part of the fun :)
