Week 5 started

I have a mental stumbling block when I begin week 5 of the podrunner series couch to 5k. I have completed the first session of week 5- two more walk/runs this week and I'll move to week 6.
I haven't posted in a long time, have been in a rut and now feel an upswing coming. I promised myself that I would start the declutter and have been pleased to have removed several large items and three large tote boxes of "stuff". Hello Goodwill! I have another trip planned there tomorrow and should have one whole closet cleaned and organized. This all started when a friend from work said that her home is her oasis...she feels so relaxed, comfortable, and safe there. I feel stress and anxiety when I even think about my house. I am working to change a big way.
Thank goodness for SP- at least I know that I'm not alone with these struggles.

    What's that stumbling block about?
emoticon on the declutering. Clutter is my nemesis too. emoticon
