Wowzer! What a week I've had! Quite stressful. Tracking was a no-go 75% of the time. Exercise...well I did start taking the stairs more...well going down them lol...still working up the motivation to take them up. Today feels a lot more calm and I'm expecting the rest of this week to go a lot more smoothly and I don't foresee any glitches in next week's schedule. My weigh-in for this week is Saturday, I still have 2 days to work on not letting that scale go in the wrong direction. I'd take no loss over a gain!
