Wowzer! What a week I've had! Quite stressful. Tracking was a no-go 75% of the time. Exercise...well I did start taking the stairs more...well going down them lol...still working up the motivation to take them up. Today feels a lot more calm and I'm expecting the rest of this week to go a lot more smoothly and I don't foresee any glitches in next week's schedule. My weigh-in for this week is Saturday, I still have 2 days to work on not letting that scale go in the wrong direction. I'd take no loss over a gain!

    We want the scale to move DOWNWARDS emoticon . While you work on your endurance and tackling those steps, concentrate on reducing your calorie intake by at least 500 calories each day from your norm and you will see the scale move.
