So close! I was one glass of water short of making my 8 glasses a day. It's tempting to cheat and count the can of Coke as "mostly water".

Yesterday was a pizza day. It just felt like one. I did limit myself to just one piece and I dabbed all the grease off the top before I ate it. By the time I got home I had planned to just forget trying to stay on target and enjoy some potato chips too. But I didn't. Dinner was still a bit bigger than it should have been but I didn't completely blow myself out of the water.

Unfortunately, I didn't exercise in the evening. Between work and wanting to spend some time with my family I find it really difficult to exercise at night. If I get moving this morning I should be able to exercise this morning. But I need to get started.

    Time with the family is as important or inclusive more important that work out. Do not feel guilty for spend time with them, BUT (yes, there is always a BUT) now is time to workout...GET STARTED!!! emoticon
