I have been watching everything I eat. Planning my meals ahead of time. Also I think what has helped the most is the extra workouts I have been doing thru the "intense challenge" forum.
So far since starting this challenge I have lost a total of 12 pounds! I just cannot believe I have finally found a challenge that is actually working. The team comments and kudos have helped to keep me pushing ahead. NBARNES I thank you so much for working a little harder with me on these goals. EBPOOKIE you have done great as a leader even with the surgery you have had to go thru.
I know I must kick it up a notch now as I will hit a plateau if I don't. So my goals this week are to add more vegetables and choose cardio routines that keep me in the burning zone for constant 20 min. I am also adding 2lb hand weights to my cardio routine and starting Turbo Jam this weekend.
