So everything was going well until today, when I woke up in SEVERE back pain. So Im gonna have to take a mini break from TurboFire to let my back heal. I believe I pulled some muscles or something, but is VERY painful. Even with this little bump in the road, I know I can pull through. However, I want to feel better soon as I miss TurboFire. But instead of going back to the main program, I have been advised to do the 9 week prep schedule and then the main 20 week program.
