I didn't get a chance to write a blog entry yesterday....but that doesn't mean I didn't do my workout! I did Slim n 6 Ramp it up....i'm going to follow through this time, with the whole program!
Last night my husband took me out for an early birthday dinner...we went to a supper club, I got tenderloin and baked haddock and salad bar. Took most of the main meal home, since I filled up on delicious salad :) So we got home at around 10:30 pm and got the kiddos to bed...so this is day 6 entry!
Today, I did my second day of C25K training, it went really well...I'm actually enjoying it! My hubby is watching a couple shows on t.v. right now, when he gets done, i'm going to pop in my Slim n 6 and get that done for the day- or should I say night...haha! I'm still working on getting my exercise done earlier in the day, I always love it when I do it earlier- and get it done for the day! So that's what's going on...oh, i'm also playing around with my carb intake and seeing how that affects my progress.
