So, I got in the pool today in between many rain showers and although the thermometer said 86 degrees (water temp) and the air temp was 87, the water felt cold! Cold! I guess when the air temps have been over 100 for such a long time and the water temps over 90 then 86 does feel cold! I liked it though. working out felt easy even though I did a thorough and strong workout. It looks like it may rain all day tomorrow, so will have to dig out some workout DVDs!

I went to Curves today and they are doing the July summer Fun challenge there this month. They are doing all sorts of crazy things and if you participate you get your name put in the drawing. Every Monday is curves shirt day where your name is entered for wearing a Curves shirt. Every Friday is your Curves number shirt.... They give you a Tee Shirt for every 100 workouts you do. I am only up to my 50th since joining in April. So, I don't get anything for those days. Today was Twin or Double Day.... You got your name put in if you and a friend dressed alike or if you wore double anything. My friend couldn't go, so I had some double stuff on and they let me put my name in.... I had double key rings on my blind cane and had 2 outfits since I came in my work clothes and changed and they let me slide! (Yay) Tomorrow is crazy hat/crazy hair day! You can wear a hat or fix your hair crazy like.... I think I may do both. Yesterday was oddball day and ladies had their bras and panties on outside of their clothes, some wore Christmas stuff, some missmatched shoes and/or socks, etc. I was still recovering from that crazy blood sugar episode on Monday, so I didn't go. They had a hippie day where you dressed like a hippie and I can't remember what all else! Oh, a sunglasses day where you wore your sunglasses and there is wear your favorite color day, dress in your favorite era day, Hawaii day and I don't remember what all else. It is fun to see that so many of the women are participating! It's alot of un! I enjoy it and even if it is not the most strenuous workout it is better than sitting on my butt for that 30 minutes! I like the ladies who work there and I like the ladies who go! We laugh and all have fun while getting in a good workout!

Hubby did well at work today. He found just how sore he still is, but it went well and he came home happy to have been back to work. He is very well liked and all his location owners and workers were so happy to see him! I think that made him feel good.

Well, today it seemed like it didn't rain for the 65 minutes I was in the pool! I'm hoping for a break like that tomorrow too!
