I haven't made any progress with my weight loss but I have started to refocus on vegetables and whole foods. I have been processed carbs and alcohol free (even though it wasn't that much) for three days. I am doing well and have lost the pound I gained so I am right where I was before.
I am really enjoying watching documentaries like Forks over Knives and Food Matters and comparing lifestyles like schawrzbein and south beach.
Doing ok, but I am super motivated!
