Detox Day 1

My body is already deeply detoxifying, and I am helping along the process and encouraging more toxins to release from my system by stimulating my elimination organs.
Here is what I am practicing regularly to induce detox:
-Nutritious, light meals
-Daily servings of Fruit & Vegetables including lots of leafy greens
-Dry skin brushing
-64+ oz. water daily
-Detox mud masks and detox foot baths
-Sauna, Hot/Cold Hydrotherapy
-Bi-weekly Hot Yoga classes
-Heat pack on kidney and colon area to stimulate circulation
-Self massage to move lymph fluid
-Getting extra sleep to encourage healing/regeneration of cells and regulation of hormones
-Chlorophyll taken in water
-Probiotics and cultured foods
-Enemas and Colonics
-High fiber foods
-Oil Pulling (oil swished in the mouth to pull toxins)
-I have completely cut out gluten which is causing a deep cleanse
So far I am feeling fatigued and irritable.. My muscles are sore, and my sinuses are continually draining. My lungs are beginning to cleanse from years of smoking.. (I quit 5 months ago.) I have a headache, sores on the roof of my mouth, I am bloated and slightly constipated despite my high intake of fiber. I have very foul smelling breath and body odor, and a metallic taste in my mouth. My skin is breaking out as toxins leave my body completely. The symptoms so far are unpleasant, but to me that is a great sign that my body is detoxing and healing itself.
I know that soon I will feel healthier than I have in years!
