This has been a great challenge for me. I went to sugar free pop cycles and all is going good. I don't even need them every day or night. The salad that I make is doing the job. It has filled me up. If not I make enough to go back to it and snack on it or ready made veggies. I can just steam them in a few minutes or eat them raw. I like them a little crunchy when I steam them.

I have added fruit to my vegetable salad. It is fun to run into a sweet something like apple or grape. I also like blueberries but they are spendy to do to often. Nuts are fun and seeds too. I don't us any salad dressing now. I have been going down on the inches now. Not much but I am only going to measure every 3 months I think.

My daughter Keenya is still around from the University and all is going better. She went for a week to the beach with her Aunt and Uncle. She is having a hard time but I think it is good for her to deal with reality. Life is what it is and we have to do things we don't like. Like me I don't like staying away for the sugar but it is life if I want to feel better. I don't want a heart attack so I have to get on track with my eating plan. Healthy is my chose.

When it comes to exercise it is not a easy thing for me to do. I have a little cycle for my arms and legs that I try to us 3 times a week. It has helped my left leg that is so week after my left hip surgery. I can do much more now.
