Last night was a litle rough. I was hungrier than usual and really tired. I'm not sure if it was from my run or something else. I made it to dinner after some dry roasted almonds. I'm a little curious if my coffee may have something to do with my fatigue and also some moodiness I've been feeling. I am going to switch to tea for a few days and see how I feel. I know that I have previously cut out coffee when doing a simliar diet and had amazing energy. I'm not sure if it's connect, but it's worth trying.
I am doing a great job sticking to my diet. We have pastries or bagels each Wed. at work and I normally cannot resist. I can see and smell them from my desk right now and am having no problem resisting. :)
I am planning a strength workout, legs, today. I am excited to start my new routine.
