I can't believe how sore I am! I didn't exercise yesterday and I went over my goals (by just a little but I'm still bummed I went over). If I'd said "no" to that second cookie I would have been fine. Dinner was a bit more calorie intensive than I'd planned but my husband decided he didn't want to cook dinner. That left takeout.

I've had more calorie intensive takeout. This was actually a good blend of meat, vegetables and starch. Our local Greek restaurant does meals for take away. It was the portion size that was out of control. I probably should have just split it into two as soon as he walked in the door. But it's so good! And there's my problem with food in a nutshell.

Oh well, today's a new day. I can stick to my calorie plan and force myself to do the weight training tonight. I don't know if I'll get another activity in tonight. I think I promised my little boy that I'd play a game with him.
