15 minutes -

37 minutes - Yesterday's workout
I would have completed 40 minutes on treadmil but I inadvertantly hit the stop button and cleared everything. So instead of resetting and starting over I just moved on to the eliptical. I put in 3 extra minutes there hence the 15 minutes. Whew I was sooooo tired and sore. Today my calves are burning .... I walked over half of my treadmill workout between 2.8 and 3.2 yesterday!!!
Was thinking about not working out today but quickly realized tomorrow is weigh-in day. So got to get that last minute workout in :)
I ate well yesterday. I've noticed my appetite hasn't been that great lately. I'm guessing the workout may have something to do with that?!?! I typically get my dinner on the way home and yesterday I got Pollo Tropical 1/2 chicken combo. I ate the mini ceasar salad and drumstick and wing. The other 2 pieces are still there for tonight. A lite meal especially since I only have smoothie all day. I'm guessing since I've saved my 2nd smoothie for late afternoon right before I leave for the day I'm still feeling full.
Positive NSV my pants today are loose are the waist and negative NSV is that I tried on a jacket this morning it fit but the arms were snug and pinching my arm roll so I definitely got to get into my strength training and planking!!!
