Today was my first ever day of eating entirely gluten free! And had I not had my late night wine and cheese, I would have had only ~950mg of sodium. That's nuts for me!
I got a little tired mid-afternoon, but that's because I worked hard yesterday morning. I made myself some unsweetened iced tea and that got me through class. This challenge is going to be, well, a challenge. Especially the half hour of exercise a day. There are going to be days it's awesomely easy, and days it won't. But that's life.
I'm starting day 3 off to a good start! After breakfast, I'm going to get started on some very procrastinated homework and see where I am after that. :)
