Last night I ran 4 awesome miles. I was supposed to strength train, but just didnt have it in me. I gave all I had to running. That's actually good though because I added an extra workout for this week since I didnt do it last night. Today is normally a rest day for me but I will do my strength training today instead.
I also started logging my workouts on Team Beachbody since I do Turbo Jam too. A friend of mine is a Beachbody Coach so she is helping me out too. I've always had issues with eating. Sometimes I would do good and then I would fall into a pit and then I would do well again. Balance is the key. I dont ever feel like I've failed because I keep getting up and trying again. I don't believe a person ever fails if they keep trying even if we have to 'keep trying' for years. LOL
