Great news! I've hopped back on the saddle and it has paid off! I've started back this weightloss journey with a 5 lb loss!
Back in early May (maybe late April) I was able to get down to 164.8 lbs! Fast forward to a few months later and I managed to gain 20 lbs! I weighed in on Monday at 184.6 lbs!
Undeterred, I started my calorie cycling and hitting the gym hard on Monday and what do you know? It's Wednesday and I'm down to 179.6lbs! Most of it may be water weight, but I'm still happy with the loss! I'm not exactly surprised though...Generally, the first week I start with a proper diet and exercise regimen I drop a HUGE number during the first week.
So by next Monday I wouldn't be surprised if I have an 8lb loss...but we'll see! Wednesday is my real weigh-in day...
I've been hitting the gym HARD the past few days and now SPARK while doing cardio (I'm on the stationary bike now with my iPad!)
I'm on a 6 week plan to maximize my weightloss before beginning my last semester of law school in the fall (I'm graduating early, whoo-hoo!). I'll include my regimen in an upcoming blog...
