This will make my third week on a "lifestyle change" Or diet if you must call it that. And I have been eating LOADS of FRUIT! I also have Veggie days, to increase my veggie count.
I have always liked fruit, I prefer fruit Popsicles and fruit candy.....but eating real fruit has been quite the challenge. (lol) Every morning before my workout I have been eating a banana then have my breakfast after my workout. I have even begun to condition myself to want fruit!
Every time I go searching for a candybar or icecream...I have a piece if fruit instead! The goal is that one day I will crave a piece of fruit instead! Go Healthy!
