I didn't exercise, but I HAVE stayed in my calorie range for the day. That's better than nothing. I WILL go to the gym tomorrow, though, because it's Body Blast time, and I miss it. I bet the boot camp instructor thinks I've abandoned him!

I miss my classmates. I miss my routines, the feeling I get from exercise. I almost feel weaker for not going all the time.

So starting tomorrow (after going to bed at a decent time, since last night I couldn't go to bed because I ate WAY too much pizza for supper, and was too full) I am reaffirming my dedication to exercise.

One thing I'm also planning is for my birthday this month (on July 29th) I'm getting my bike fully repaired. I haven't been biking in a while... I had a brief attempt last year, but the bike misbehaved, and I never got around to getting it to the shop. I used to be an avid biker, and rode it as my primary means of transportation in college.

I can do this, guys. I just have to find my motivation again!

With that title I thought you were posting something about nutrition. LOL Come on girl, kick it up and knock it down, stay active and Getter done. I bought my wife a new bike for a late Bday present. She doesn't know it yet and will get to see it tomorrow night after she gets back from her vacation with family. I look forward to riding bikes again.

Hi. it has been that kind of week for me, too. Have been on the road with work and just got home late and felt like I needed to get sleep. But, food hasn't been bad - I have been creeping up on the scale, too.
So, like you, I'm refocusing and am going to schedule time for exercise just like I schedule time for work, etc.
Go girl, you know you can do this!
Have a great day!

I've been lagging in my exercise too. This week I've done better.

I love my bike (though I haven't been riding much lately). I can ride no matter how hot it is out. I can generate enough breeze riding my bike to keep me from feeling the heat...something I cannot do with running!

you'll get back to it. Exercise is too much a part of your life to leave it behind!

I actually thought this post was going to be an upfront discussion about bodily functions.

Moving on... You will go to the gym tomorrow. OK, how's this: You go to the gym tomorrow and I'll go to spinning tomorrow. Deal? Check in after we have been to brag about how awesome we are :)

emoticon FOR SURE! I did the same thing with my bike about a month ago. It had been sitting in storage for nearly 5 years! Totally needed to be re-tuned and CLEANED...but it's good as new now! I've got nearly 200 miles on it since I had it tuned. When I'm not riding on the road I'm in spin class...I love cycling! Next summer my goal is to participate in the Hotter'N Hell Hundred in Wichita Falls, Texas. CAN'T WAIT!!

emoticon and never give up!!
