I didn't exercise, but I HAVE stayed in my calorie range for the day. That's better than nothing. I WILL go to the gym tomorrow, though, because it's Body Blast time, and I miss it. I bet the boot camp instructor thinks I've abandoned him!
I miss my classmates. I miss my routines, the feeling I get from exercise. I almost feel weaker for not going all the time.
So starting tomorrow (after going to bed at a decent time, since last night I couldn't go to bed because I ate WAY too much pizza for supper, and was too full) I am reaffirming my dedication to exercise.
One thing I'm also planning is for my birthday this month (on July 29th) I'm getting my bike fully repaired. I haven't been biking in a while... I had a brief attempt last year, but the bike misbehaved, and I never got around to getting it to the shop. I used to be an avid biker, and rode it as my primary means of transportation in college.
I can do this, guys. I just have to find my motivation again!
