i was asked at work to join a biggest losers team at vilonia, well i have really been thinking about this hard. the only problem is , they met at 6:30 2 days a week, i work in little rock and live in mayflower, i already drive an hour and if i do this i will have another 30min at least added to my drive, not to mention the traffic i wil have also, and the extra gas it will cost me. it has its down falls, and there are more of them then good for me, i really wish i could find something in mayflower or in conway. i am a member of the conway group on here but it's like there is no members in it, there is no activty at all on any of the blogs. i would love to have some where to go and have to be more accountable for my weight and exercise and have a small group to walk with and motivate me to keep going. this helps me some but i need more, it's so easy to just not do anything, no one really knows what you do. i do great on my eating but i slack on my exercise, i really need to get that in. i set my clock every night and tell my self i'm getting up at 5:00 and gonna walk on the treadmill in the morning and when the clock goes off i hit the snooze and roll over.. i don't even think about it.. i have to get something..do something .. get some ideas on how to get my butt out of bed and this this started!!!!!!!
