Next Monday I start a new job and I'm quite excited. It's still in the library field, in collection management. Essentially, I'll be doing purchasing of materials for a public library system - books, music CDs, movies, ebooks, databases, etc. I wanted to let my Sparkfriends know that I may be a little less active on Sparkpeople since I don't have a computer at home and my current employer allows us to use our work computers on breaks so that's what I've been doing. I don't know what my new employer will allow so I may be using the public library computers as a patron.

One thing my health care provider pointed out is that I'll be doing less walking at work, for several reasons. He suggested getting in more outside walks. I'll be trying that, either in my new work area or in my neighborhood. I've been doing well with watching better what I eat and getting in more trips to the gym so I do hope to continue along those lines. One of my Sparkfriends sent me a bikini goodie to inspire me - it's working!
