Focusing on where I am, at 250

A little while back I was really close to reaching my 50 pounds lost mark I was at 240 (just 4 pounds to reach my 50 gone) But then I started slowly gaining again. I reviewed my progress and took at look at what was different in my life. I set new goals, I tried different exercises, and nothing seemed to be helping so I started to feel discouraged and started slipping even more. And now I am back up to 250 lbs (36 down from start weight).
Early September I see my doctor again, He has been allowing me to stay off of some medications because I was making progress toward my weight loss and improving my Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Blood sugar numbers. I need to show that I am still making progress so I NEED to lose 15 pounds and get officially past 50lbs DONE, gone and never coming back.
15 lbs in 9 weeks is doable (under 2lbs a week). The difficulty is that I’ve been going the wrong direction on the scale. So I need to really focus on this and find a way to reverse where I have been headed lately and start making progress again.
This is me at my heaviest back in 2003.
This is me back in June 2010 when I first got down to 250 lbs.
I'm going to take a current picture this week and post an update to see if 250 now looks the same as 250 then.
