What it's all about...

Yes....5 years after initially hitting my goal weight, I can say I'm within 10 pounds of that goal. I'd call that pretty good maintaining! I still stuggle. I'm currently in the mode of tightening the reins a bit and I had gained 20 pounds. But I am slowing inching my way back to goal. I exercise. Not as consistently as I'd like, but I'm still moving. And this is all the proof I need that all my efforts to be healthy is worth it:
Being a teacher, I love when my own children play school...but yesterday I found this note on my door. They were playing exercise class and I think that's AWESOME!!! We eat healthy. We move. We play. We smile. That's what it's all about.
This summer, we've managed to have tons of fun while moving. Bowling. Roller skating. Swimming. Ice skating. Miniature Golf. Baseball. Cheerleading. Hiking. Running. Walking. Moving is SO SO good. And fun! I hope you all are having fun while moving this summer!!!!!
