Anyone can join!!!
This started as a challenge I posted in a private team of mine to get me accountable to myself and all of you for my food and exercise choices. But I'm also doing it in blog format in order to let everyone on SP join in.
The challenge will run from 7/9-9/9. All you have to do is complete a beginning template (found here: www.sparkpeople.com/mypa
) listing your stats and ultimate goals for the next two months and a weekly check-in which I will post every Monday (the first one is here: www.sparkpeople.c
Just cut and paste and use your own emoticons and style. Commit to filling out a start-up questionnaire, check-in every week and post your end thoughts and stats. Simple as that. Just post your own to your blog.
Some people will want to lose 2 lbs this summer and some 20, but that's OK. It's more about making a plan for yourself in three areas (nutrition, fitness, and wellness) and sticking to your plan as much as possible each week, finding out what your strengths and weaknesses are, and what you can realistically achieve given your busy life.
